Privacy and data processing
We use information entered in our forms to answer enquiries, process orders, and arrange battery delivery or replacement.
What information do we collect?
Your name, email address, phone number, order details, delivery address or replacement location, and any information you include in your message.
How do we process it?
Data is stored in Aku Promet's database, accessible to authorised administrators. Enquiry and order notifications are delivered through Resend. We do not use your data for promotional messages without separate consent.
Cookies
We remember your chosen language in an essential cookie for up to one year.
Administrators use an essential, time-limited login cookie. Your consent preferences are stored locally for up to 180 days. Google Maps loads only after you allow external content; Google then receives information about your browser and IP address. You can change your consent through the cookie settings in the footer.
Vercel Web Analytics
With your analytics consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics for statistics on visits to public pages. The service processes information about visited pages, browsers and devices without analytics cookies. We remove search parameters and section identifiers from URLs. We do not track administrator or API pages, or send form content or custom events. You can withdraw consent through the cookie settings in the footer. Google Analytics
When configured, Google Analytics 4 loads only with your separate analytics consent. We use it for statistics on visits to public pages. Google processes technical information about browsers and devices, and uses cookies to distinguish visits. Page views do not include search parameters or form content. We do not track administrator pages or enable advertising personalisation.
You can decline analytics or disable it later through the cookie settings in the footer; this stops further analytics events. Learn more about Google's data processing in Google's privacy policy.

For access, correction or deletion of your data, write to akupromet@akupromet.hr. We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order and meet applicable obligations.
