Terms of use and ordering
This site lets you browse our battery range, place an order request and arrange a replacement with Aku Promet.
Orders and confirmation
Submitting the form is an order request. We confirm availability, specifications, total price, delivery cost, payment method and delivery time by email before the final agreement. No online payment is made on this site. If the selected model is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative with you.
Prices and product selection
Prices are shown in euros. Battery compatibility must be checked against your vehicle, dimensions, polarity and technology. Send us your vehicle details if you need help. We check any display errors before confirming the order.
Delivery and replacement
We ship batteries within Croatia. On-site replacement is arranged in Zagreb (10000). Installation is included in the battery price; delivery costs and timing are confirmed before the final agreement.
Payment methods
Pay by bank transfer or in cash on collection or delivery. Card payments are currently unavailable.
Old battery collection
We collect your old battery when replacing it with a new one.
Complaints, returns and customer rights
For a written complaint, return request or warranty claim, contact akupromet@akupromet.hr with your order details and a description of your request. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights, including liability for non-conformity and the right to withdraw from a distance contract where applicable. We provide return details and trader information before the contract is concluded.
